    Priscilla Smith

    Chair

Priscilla has lived in Yorkshire for the past 35 years where she is involved in a local youth project working with disadvantaged young people and families.

Following some difficult personal family situations she became involved with providing prayer ministry support and gains enormous pleasure in helping others to find freedom and wholeness in their lives. She is passionate about helping people discover the power of forgiveness - where forgiving is living!

Priscilla is also The KEYS Project's Trustee Safeguarding Lead.

    Dr Keron Fletcher

Keron is a retired consultant addictions psychiatrist and past secretary of the Addictions Faculty of the Royal college of Psychiatrists. With this experience, Keron has worked closely with Steve to develop the KEYS SCAR programme and provides great support to the medical liaison aspect of KEYS’ work.

Alongside this, he is an elder of Shrewsbury Evangelical Church. Keron is delighted to be part of the KEYS Team supporting those who aim to help people out of addiction.

    David Barratt

I spent a lifetime in business relentlessly pursuing my own agenda in a quest for inner peace and fulfilment until I came to know the freedom and transforming power of Jesus Christ as my Saviour.  As someone who has witnessed the destructive force of addictions at first hand, I was pleased to respond to the invitation to join the trustees of KEYS and to share my own experiences and God given gifts to help others discover personal freedom.

    Tracy Clarridge

Tracy, based in Oxfordshire and with a professional background in HR, joined KEYS as a volunteer in 2020 and joined the Board in 2023. Tracy helps co-host the KEYS National Recovery Group, and our 12-step mentoring programme, supporting clients from her own recovery journey and experience working with KEYS, to help others find freedom the KEYS way!

Tracy is The KEYS Project's Safeguarding Deputy.

    Llew and Audrey Ramos

As Co-CEOs of a chain of residential care facilities, including providing mental health, alcohol and substance misuse services, Llewellyn and Audrey provide KEYS with valuable business and financial insight as well as having a passion for addiction ministry.

Thanks to KEYS my life has drastically improved. I was dying in all ways – physically, mentally and spiritually. Now I am alive and I am saved. I have never known what is like to have someone believe in me.
