Celebrating a Decade of Difference: 2024 Team Day in London

On 16th November, 2024, volunteers from across the county gathered in London to celebrate a significant milestone: the launch of our 10th Anniversary. This special Team Day was a testament to the dedication and hard work of our volunteers, who have been the backbone of KEYS for the past decade.

The day was filled with fellowship, sharing, and training. Volunteers and clients shared heartfelt testimonies, providing insights into their experiences and the impact of their work. Updates from various centres highlighted the progress and achievements over the past year, showcasing the collective efforts of our teams.

We revisited our newly launched client pathway. This initiative aims to enhance the support we provide to our clients, ensuring a more streamlined and effective service. The pathway was met with enthusiasm and commitment from all attendees, who are eager to implement the updated pathway in their respective centres.

The day was a great opportunity to meet our new teams and to network, encourage, pray for and learn from one another.

We also took the time to celebrate our organisational values, which have guided us through the years. These values are the foundation of our work, and it was inspiring to see them reflected in the stories and experiences shared on the day.

We enjoyed a training session on the change model, equipping our teams with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate supporting clients at different stages of readiness for change. These sessions were interactive and engaging, fostering a spirit of continuous learning.

As we look back on the past ten years, we are filled with gratitude for the unwavering support and dedication of our volunteers. Their commitment has been instrumental in our journey, and we look forward to many more years of making a difference together.

KEYS saved my life. If it wasn’t for this programme, I wouldn’t be married now, living in the community, I wouldn’t have a job. Everything I’ve got today is thanks to KEYS.
